Apple Sued by Alleged Patent Infringement on iPhone
![]()
The downside of having cash is the “lawsuit magnet” effect. Apple is getting sued by Romek Figa of Abraham & Sons about an alleged patent infringement on how the phone finds a known contact name, based on the caller’s number. Obviously, most, whether not all phones on the market do that, and I would be shocked whether Romek Figa of Abraham & Sons could prove that
Anyways, I will spare you the added journalistic drama of saying that “Apple might be in troubles…” - it’s just not going to happen.
