Apple To Sue Psystar

It took quite some instance, but finally the legal eagles at Apple have motioned to file a suit against Psystar, a Mac-clone maker. The move itself is not surprising, but as the opening sentence suggested, what took Apple so enlarged? Psystar, on their part, did alter the name of the Leopard-compatible Mac constructed from typical PC parts from “Apple alternative” to “Open Computer”, but the main bone

of contention will have to be the software restricted within. It is not acceptable to use Leopard on non-Apple hardware, no thanks to Steve Jobs the control freak. It must be noted that during Apple’s history, they did allow clone makers to construct the Mac although their rescinded on that decision not too lengthy thereafter.
