Bill Gates will serve as an usher at the wedding of Charles Simonyi. The wedding took place by the weekend in Sweden, where the future Mrs. Simonyi, Lisa Persdotter, is from. Simonyi is best known for creating Microsoft

Office while heading Microsoft’s applications software group, and additionally for flying into orbit as a space tourist. Simonyi, who is 60, had a 15-year relationship with Martha Stewart, whom he dumped after hooking up with the 28-year-old Persdotter.
