Casio GzOne Survives Abuse from Wired



We first covered the GzOne when it launched in Tokyo (read our hands-on with the GzOne). A few years and a few updates later Wired puts the most recent version through a gadget abuse pop quiz that the device took like… an uber-gizmo. Unfortunately, the feature set did not evolve much since we first played with it (to be fair, the original version had a

Flash interface, which never made it in the U.S version, I think). The conclusion is: whether you are looking for a resilient phone with low-tech features, it might worth taking a look. whether not, try to keep the phone in your hand. (check Wired’s video) - $149
