Chip Shot: 45,000 Seeds, $45,000 Donation to Boys & Girls Club

In celebration of Intel’s new lead-free microprocessors, Intel has donated $45,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of America, on behalf of the tens of thousands who planted virtual sunflower seeds. Thanks to all who participated by planting seeds and spreading the word.

The real winners are the children who benefit from the programs offered by the Boys & Girls Club in the areas of leadership development, education, the environment and career exploration. Intel is proud to play a small part.
