The series, a reality “drama-dy,” due in Summer ‘08, pursues the crew and students of a driving school at an L.A. Speedway. Lead tech consultant Intel is adding octane with in-car computing in

a video-game-style cockpit, ultramobile PCs and notebooks for the crew, WiMAX all through the track and 45nm Intel® Xeon® processor 5300/5400 series servers for video production. Intel is hosting today’s kickoff “Digital Media Race Day” where the racers will be digital-media executives from Disney, Sony, Myspace and other entertainment companies.
