Esendex Turns Phones into Personal Trainers

SMS service provider Esendex will be working with event organiser Nova universal to bring training packages for runners that operate via SMS. Available in the UK at the moment, it will help folks prep themselves for running events by sending personalized training plans through SMS, e-mail as well as by the Web. Thanks to Esendex’s two-way SMS service, experts have managed to bring together a minimum recommended 16-week

training program that ought to shape anyone up directly to and from a cell phone. Each instance after a training session is completed, runners will be able to text their feedback such as ‘felt’, ‘great’, ‘bad’ or ‘ok’ for the computer system to analyze and plan the next training schedule. that requires a great deal of discipline though IMHO.
