Fire Hits Asustek Production In China

Asustek Computer — the Taiwan-based leader in motherboard manufacturing and the maker of the ASUS Eee PC mini-laptop — says a fire destroyed part of

a factory in China. The factory was actually a Pegatron Technology facility. Pegatron was spun off the Asustek mothership recently.
