Prison officials FOUND FOUR CELL PHONES ON DEATH ROW by the past week at Texas prisons. The discovery of these phones came in the week since the end of a prison-wide lock-down imposed after an inmate was using a

cell phone to construct threatening calls to a Texas state senator who is chairman of the Senate’s Criminal Justice Committee. You don’t even want to know how they smuggled those phones in there.
