Fraud Found In One-Quarter of H-1B Visas

A U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services study found FRAUD IN 27% OF ALL H-1B VISA APPLICATIONS FILED. Most of the hoax involved lying

on the application in order to hire someone from abroad who wasn’t eligible under the H-1B program.
