Google Apps Team Edition



Google pokes Microsoft in the eye (again) by releasing the Team Edition of its applications. Users can join using their corporate newsletter addresses and see other users from the same company. Users can invite others within the company to collaborate on Google Apps Team Edition.


Users can share documents with any or all employees of the company, and manage shared calendar in a way that is

close to Outlook Exchange.


Google hopes to that invites for the team edition will flow just like “zombies” invitations on Facebook and it’s not hard to predict that small businesses might pick that up to save on their IT budget. Video in the full post
