Honda GPS Navigation Shows Crime Map

Honda is going to feature crime maps into their in-dash GPS navigation system that will supply a crime rating for each “region” (whatever that is). The system will be deployed in Japan, where the police keep good statistics per district. It will show areas where cars have been stolen or broken into.

I looked at a similar crime map for San Francisco and I’m not certain how useful that would be around here: cars are broken into everywhere in the city, lol
