iPhone display “bubbles” causing toil and trouble?

Jockeys riding the Apple discussion forums are claiming that their iPhone displays are afflicted with tiny “bubbles.” Apparently, the manufacturing issue is recognized by Apple who will replace the phone, no questions asked. So tell
