It is a new way to quote a part of a web page as an image with an image map.
Just drag their bookmarklet to your favorite browser next go it on any web page you wish to quote, and the screenshot of the entire web page will be popped up. (The size of the screen shot

can be selected from small, medium or large.) Choose the area you wish to quote and visit on the “Cut-Out” button.

Finally, you get a cipher which you can customize and embed into your site or blog. you can additionally post it directly to Flickr or Tumblr.
