NEC Conjures full HD-compatible LCD Module

The wizards at NEC have manufactured a new 2.7″ LCD module that is capable of delivering a maximum resolution of 960 x 540 pixels courtesy of a super high pixel density of 412 pixels-per-inch. Known as a quarter high-definition (QHD) panel, it is compatible with full HD

resolution, bringing a boost in both color gamut and luminance whenever used. I wonder when will future cell phones and camcorders sport that new display?
