Netgear Intros New Networking Lineup

At that month’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Netgear showed off a new family of networking products that the company promises will simplify many of the complex tasks that consumers now face when attempting to store and access networked multimedia substance.

The growing adoption of Net applications, such

as social networking, video streaming, multiplayer gaming, and VoIP, has resulted in the creation of a new spine technology that is driving both productivity and entertainment in the connected home, noted Netgear CEO Patrick Lo.

“These emerging applications have created the demand for home-networking products that deliver faster speeds by larger areas with greater reliability.” Lo said.
