New Gadget Scans Text, ‘Speaks’ Translation

A South Korean company called Mouscan plans to sell next year a new gadget called Voiscan, which scans any text, thereupon READS IT ALOUD IN

ANY LANGUAGE. The pocket-size gadget uses HP’s text scanning technology — the same used in the old CapShare product.
