New Terrorist Software Really Is New, Improved

I told you January 14 that an Islamic forum called Al-Ekhlas announced a new version of strong encryption software for Al Qaeda and their ilk called Mujahideen Secrets II. Now, a consultant at Secure Computing has confirmed that

the software, which is based on open source RSA cipher, has been IMPROVED AND STRENGTHENED. One of the improvements is the addition of encryption for IM. Plus, it’s now more user-friendly.
