OLED Passport the Future?

Samsung SDI and Bundesdruckerei from Germany have come up with a new passport that aims to up the ante when it comes to border protection, featuring a 700µm polycarbonate notes page that holds an active matrix bendable 300µm OLED display. that OLED display will be able to display both video and text containing data about the passport holder. The ePassport is

touted to be completely manipulation-proof, but where have I heard that before? The display doesn’t require any batteries to run as it will come to life only when activated by a reader.
