Samsung Mass Produces Spinpoint M6

The Samsung Spinpoint M6 has gone into mass production, and you will soon be able to get your hands around the 250GB and 500GB models which retail for $199 and $299, respectively, at a retail store near you. In addition to the Spinpoint M6, Samsung additionally announced a new 7200RPM Spinpoint F1 RAID-class (as shown above)

3.5″ SATA hard drive that will be mass produced as well, allowing you to have 1TB of additional storage space for $299 a pop.
