Siemens TouchSlide Range

Siemens injects more technology into its latest range of TouchSlide ceramic and induction hobs, where knobs and dials are a thing of the past as all you need to do to turn up/down the heat is slide your finger across the surface, and you’re good to go. There will be five knobless hobs in total for that new range, where each one will come in 60cm, 80cm and 90cm widths. You will be able to use either a monoSlider or multiSlider to control the heat for one or

all of the zones, and that depends a whole lot on just how many courses you’re cooking for the night. Heck, Siemens has even kindly included a temperature range of 17 settings for additional precision for newbies to the kitchen. Prices start from £1,000 upwards, so I guess that means only the chic and trendy will be able to afford that.
