Telecom Italia To Get Readius

The Readius cell phone is on display at MWC ‘08, so whether you’re curious on how it looks like better head on to Barcelona. I guess an electronic paper display is still very much a novelty, allowing one to extend the handset during use and fold it up for a compact storage solution. The Readius claims to

to be able to operate for up to 30 hours of continual reading without a battery charge. Other features include 3G connectivity and MP3 playback capability among others. Telecom Italia will receive approximately 100,000 Readius units.
