Just received word that that little space on the web was selected as one of the "Top 20 CRM Blogs" of 2007. Thank you to the editors at InsideCRM for the recognition but, more importantly, thanks to everyone who stops by to read my rantings. Your emails and comments are what keep me coming back to write more.
