Yahoo To Reject Microsoft Offer

Yahoo has decided to reject Microsoft’s offer, claiming that the $44.6 billion offer is inadequate. Sources claim that Yahoo’s board won’t take into consideration a figure that is less than $40 - do you think Yahoo is pushing their luck with that? The only good thing to come out

of Microsoft’s announcement is the rising share price of Yahoo that nearly hit the $30 mark, but still far away from the $40 value as perceived by Yahoo.
